Brazil Business Developer

In SIMA, we are looking to expand our operations to all LATAM countries. In this case we are offering a business developer position in Brazil, the most important market in LATAM.

Job description

Oversee the operations of SIMA in Brazil. Responsible for managing overall operations, recruiting staff and creating budgets. Develop and submit monthly andquarterly performance and progress reports to company headquarters.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead a small sales team and customer success team.
  • Coordinate with the software development team in Argentina
  • Develop operation plans
  • Implement brand strategies
  • Generate progress reports
  • Recruit and train Staff

Skills

You would need to demonstrate strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills. You should be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision and possess the ability to assemble and manage teams. Presentation, analytical and planning skills are also essential. Above-average people management, customer service and leadership skills are crucial. In addition to these capabilities, youshould be able to do the following:

  • Management: Overseeall aspects of business operations, includingrecruiting and trainingstaff and maintaining budgets.
  • Regional expertise: Deep understanding of agriculture sector in Brazil.
  • Strategic planning: Use research to develop brand strategies and implement them to promoteSIMA products and services
